Bright Smart Securities was founded in 1995 in and listed on the Main Board of HKEx in 2010 (Bright Smart Securities & Commodities Group Ltd., HKEx: 01428). Through its wholly-owned subsidiaries Bright Smart Securities International (H.K.) Limited and Bright Smart Futures & Commodities Company Limited, Bright Smart offers all-rounded and professional brokerage services to its clients, which cover Hong Kong stocks, US stocks, UK stocks, China A Shares through Shanghai-Hong Kong and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, China B shares, Japan stocks, Taiwan stocks, Singapore stocks, Australia stocks, Hang Seng Index Futures, Hang Seng Index Options, Hong Kong stock options, Dow Jones Futures, A50 Futures, Currency Futures, Gold Futures, Crude Oil Futures, Copper Futures, leveraged foreign exchange trading, Initial Public Offering, and stock margin service. With the effective and stable online trading platform, diversified order placing channels and ultra-low commission rate, the Company experienced rapid growth with branches opened in different districts of Hong Kong and over 300 staff.

Being a customer-focused and service-oriented company, we strive to deliver low-cost but high-quality securities and futures trading services to our customers. At the time when the Hong Kong government removed the minimum brokerage commission rule, the Company has drastically lowered our brokerage commission from 0.25% to 0.05%, which spurred a rapid growth in the customer base. The Company has become a Category B SEHK participant in 2006 (top 15 to top 65 brokers by market turnover) while its market share continues to grow. Today, the total number of client accounts almost reaches 240,000. Client assets also increased to nearly HK$60 billion.

Bright Smart has a total of 14 business locations covering the core districts in Hong Kong. Most of our branches open seven days a week, which is a  breakthrough in the industry. Moreover, Bright Smart has been a first mover in the securities industry by launching “Bright Smart Mobile Teaching Centre” traveling around in the Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. The mobile teaching centre improved customer service quality and offered convenience to all customers. Seminars on different investment-related topics are frequently held in the branches, providing free and latest investment information to our customers. In 2010, the Company launched a online broadcasting channel "Bright Smart Finance Channel" (www.bschannel.com). Hosted by our team of analysts, the channel is shown on the website and in the branches to provide the latest financial information and analysis. Customers' questions on investment will be answered in the shows in order to help them gain a deep insight into the market.

We offer securities margin financing services with high stock loanable percentage and preferential margin loan interest rate, allowing customers to flexibly employ funds at will.

3) Custodian and Nominees Services
We offer proper settlement procedures, real-time quote, and issue daily and monthly account statements to allow our customers to have a comprehensive overview of their portfolio. We also offer a variety of custodian and nominee services, which include and are not limited to dividend collections, execution of shareholder's rights and new shares subscription.
