Customer Service Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently respond to client's inquiries and provide professional solutions via online instant messaging.
- Answer client's incoming calls and handle various business inquiries and issues.
- Assist clients with the account opening process and review the accuracy of relevant application documents.
- Handle routine departmental clerical work, including filing, data entry, and organization.
- Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements & Qualification:
- HKCEE/DSE or above, with related experience in customer service preferred.
- Fresh graduate is also welcome with relevant experience.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage.
- Good team player, able to work under pressure and willing to learn.
- Problem-solving skills and customer-oriented.
