Customer Service Assistant

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently respond to client's inquiries and provide professional solutions via online instant messaging.
  • Answer client's incoming calls and handle various business inquiries and issues.
  • Assist clients with the account opening process and review the accuracy of relevant application documents.
  • Handle routine departmental clerical work, including filing, data entry, and organization.
  • Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisor

 

Requirements & Qualification:

  • HKCEE/DSE or above, with related experience in customer service preferred.
  • Fresh graduate is also welcome with relevant experience.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Good team player, able to work under pressure and willing to learn.
  • Problem-solving skills and customer-oriented.
