Customer Services Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently respond to client's inquiries and provide professional solutions via online instant messaging
- Answer client's incoming calls and handle various business inquiries and issues
- Assist clients with the account opening process and review the accuracy of relevant application documents
- Handle routine departmental clerical work, including filing, data entry, and organization
- Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements & Qualification:
- Higher diploma or above in any discipline
- With related experience in financial institutions is preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong communication, adaptability, and service awareness is preferred
- Fresh graduates are also considered
- Immediately available is preferred
