Customer Services Assistant

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently respond to client's inquiries and provide professional solutions via online instant messaging
  • Answer client's incoming calls and handle various business inquiries and issues
  • Assist clients with the account opening process and review the accuracy of relevant application documents
  • Handle routine departmental clerical work, including filing, data entry, and organization
  • Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisor

 

Requirements & Qualification:

  • Higher diploma or above in any discipline
  • With related experience in financial institutions is preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and service awareness is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are also considered
  • Immediately available is preferred
