Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to operate full spectrum of HR functions;
- Manage recruitment cycle and assess qualified talents for interview process;
- Work closely with department heads to review hiring needs and recommend staff package to cope with manpower needs and improve staff attraction and retention;
- Monitor sales/frontline training programs and provide professional advice and training solutions to Sales Manager;
- Handle annual HR projects include performance appraisal, annual salary and bonus review and other ad hoc projects;
- Formulate and update HR policies and procedures from time to time in compliance with the Labour Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and Inland Revenue Ordinance;
- Prepare and update various HR related reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines;
- Minimum 8 years of solid working experiences in sizeable organizations, with at least 5 years in managerial level;
- Excellent knowledge and skills in Recruitment and Talent Management;
- Able to communicate with people at all levels of the organization and cope with a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge in HR practices, labor ordinance & related legal regulatory;
- Hardworking, responsible, patient and good time management;
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing is a must;
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
