Marketing Manager / Assistant Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement marketing strategies and budgets to drive business growth in a competitive finance market;
- Lead and oversee the execution of all marketing plans and advertising campaigns for online & offline channels, includes providing clear direction, setting expectations and reviewing performance;
- Work closely with sales team to create compelling content for the target audience;
- Keeping track of new financial products, global market trend;
- Conduct marketing research and analysis;
- Manage corporate events of the company in particular press conferences, seminars, luncheons and events;
- Lead PR initiatives including orgranizing PR event, managing media queries, maintaining media relationships, prepare press releases and other writing assignments if required;
- Negotiate marketing agreements, contracts and materials with different external parties;
- Explore opportunities for partnership and sponsorship for the Groups' marketing campaigns;
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required by management.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or other related disciplines;
- Minimum 8 years' relevant experience, preferably with strong creative writing skills and oral communication;
- Familiar with major financial products and users, strong exposure in financial industry;
- Excellent marketing sense and project management skills;
- Extensive network of different types of media;
- Strong interpersonal, communication, confident with neat and professional appearance;
- Hardworking, independent, self-motivated, mature, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus;
- Proficiency with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
